Milner International College of English is the oldest family owned College of its type in Australia. Established in Perth in 1984 by Warren and Rose Milner, it is still family owned and operated.<br><br>The college offers General English and IELTS Preparation courses and its teachers are CELTA qualified and have years of experience.
