Kent Law School is delighted to offer this award to enable students who have studied within the county of Kent at one of the universities detailed above to continue their studies at the University of Kent.
- Have applied to study a taught LLM courses at the University's Brussels campus for entry in September 2022, or January 2023
- Are completing/have completed an undergraduate bachelor's degree from Canterbury Christ Church University, or the Kent campuses of the University of Greenwich or the University of Creative Arts (proof of study location may be required)
- To achieve/have achieved a minimum Upper Second Classification (2.1) in that undergraduate bachelor's degree
- Have firmly accepted an offer to study the taught LLM at Canterbury by the scholarship application deadline
- Have submitted a scholarship application (details below) by the scholarship application deadline (please note that we are unable to consider applicants for the award without an application)
- You must meet the academic conditions of entry/be accepted for entry for the award to be given
- This award cannot be held in conjunction with other awards and scholarships offered by Kent Law School or the Division for the Study of Law, Society, and Social Justice (the award which provides the greater monetary value overall will be given only). Please contact us for further information.
- The scholarship amounts above are based upon full-time study. Students who undertake part-time study will receive 50% of the stipend in their first year, and 50% of the stipend in their second year of studies (assuming successful completion of the first)
- Where students are required to continue their studies beyond their original period of registration, the award will only be provided for that original period of registration.
