The Barrett KMMS Scholarship

All candidates must:

• Have accepted an unconditional or firmly accepted a conditional offer from the Kent and Medway Medical School.
• Provide evidence of financial hardship.
• The student should have lived in, worked in, or been educated in the historic boundaries of the county of Kent within the last 3 years in a situation of reduced family support.
• Additional factors that will be taken into account include belonging to a category of disadvantage, such as first in family to attend university, registered young carer, or care leaver.

• This scholarship is open to Kent and Medway Medical School applicants only.

  This scholarship has been generously funded by Paul and Patsy Barrett and Barretts of Canterbury, to contribute to the Kent & Medway Medical School by supporting a local student to study medicine.
