Selection is based on superior academic achievement (3.5 or greater on the U of A grading scale)

Selection is based on innovation in clinical fieldwork placement and its impact on enabling broader client participation in society
Preference given to a second-year or third-year student who demonstrates superior academic achievement in an inter-professional and collaboration course such as the universal design in occupational therapy module course
Preference given as well to a first generation University student
