Graduate Studies Award of Excellence in French Studies

Eligibility & selection criteria:

A full-time graduate student currently registered in a Master's or Doctoral program in the Department of French Studies in the Faculty of Arts at the University of Waterloo.
Selection will be based on demonstrated academic excellence and will be awarded to the student with the highest average in the first two terms of their current program.
The recipient will be selected by the Associate Chair for Graduate Studies, Department of French Studies, each June.
Students may only receive this award once during their graduate program.
Students may not receive this award concurrently with the Graduate Engagement and Leadership Award in French Studies or the Nantes Graduate Award.

Award description:

An award valued at CAN $500 will be awarded to a student registered full time in their third term in either a master's or doctoral program in French Studies in the Faculty of Arts.
