Doctoral students registered full time in the David R. Cheriton School of Computer Science at the University of Waterloo with a minimum cumulative average of 80%.

The Graduate Excellence Award in Computer Science, valued at CAN $5,000 per year, will be awarded to doctoral students registered full time in the David R. Cheriton School of Computer Science at the University of Waterloo. Applicants for the David R. Cheriton Graduate Scholarship in Computer Science will be automatically considered for this award.
