Catherine and Feridun Hamdullahpur Graduate Scholarship

• full-time graduate students registered in any masters or doctoral program
• selection to be based on academic excellence (minimum 80% cumulative average or equivalent)
• Graduate Studies and Postdoctoral Affairs will identify candidates and select recipients normally in the winter term based on academic excellence (minimum 80% cumulative average in courses completed at the University of Waterloo). A separate award application is not required. Selection will include alternating years between master's and doctoral candidates and rotating by faculty to ensure balanced distribution.

Award description:

A scholarship, valued at CAN $2,000 will be awarded annually to a graduate student registered full-time in any masters or doctoral program at the University of Waterloo. This scholarship has been established by gifts made in honour of President Feridun Hamdullahpur.
