Yuill Bursary to support ANU College of Law students

The Award is available each year to a continuing ANU student who:

• is a domestic or international student and
• is enrolled in a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) (LLB(Hons)) or Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) at the ANU College of Law and
• is able to demonstrate financial hardship and
• has applied for, been offered a place in and intends to undertake one of the following courses:
  • LAWS4230 / LAWS6230 Law Internship (Capstone)
  • LAWS4267 / LAWS6267 Youth Law Clinic
  • LAWS4268 / LAWS6268 Community Law Clinic
  • LAWS4281 / LAWS6281 Environmental Law Clinic
  • LAWS4301 / LAWS6301 Law & Development Clinic
  • LAWS4302 / LAW6302 International Law Clinic
  • LAWS4304 / LAWS6304 Prison Legal Literacy Clinic
  • LAWS4307/6307 Legal Education for True Justice: Indigenous Perspectives and Deep Listening on Country
  • LAWS4343 Mediation Skills clinic
  • LAWS4430 / LAWS8430 Law Internship

The value of the award is up to $5,000 with the final amount determined based on the financial need of the applicant and the cost of the opportunity. The Award is paid in a one-off instalment upon accepting the Award unless otherwise stated in the letter of offer.
