Alliance College is the first Nationally Accredited Hospitality School under the Australian Vocational Education and Training system in South Australia. It is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), formerly known as AHTS - Training and Education, which operate under approval of the Australian Government Commonwealth Register of International Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS), Australian Skills and Quality Authority (ASQA) and Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF). The institution was founded in Adelaide in 1981 and has over 40 years experience. It has helped launch over thousands of pathways for local and international graduates through developing their future study pathway and employability.
Alliance College not only provides students with opportunities to develop their skills at the same location across Alliance on-site student's cafe, a training kitchen and a function center, but also external placements ranging from cafes, bars, fine dining restaurants and wineries to 5 star hotels and resorts in regions throughout Australia. The centrally located campuses are easily accessible by bus, tram, train and other public transportation in Adelaide and Sydney.
It offers language support by providing tutorial classes under each qualification. English Language Intensive Courses for Overseas Student (ELICOS) program is also available to enhance International Students Academic English skills.
