Each campus hosts regular social events to encourage interaction and inclusiveness. Students can take part in the activities and celebrations that make up Melbourne's multicultural community, such as Lunar New Year, Harmony Day, Easter, Eid Festival and Halloween. Other events throughout the year include mental health and wellbeing days, movie nights and special games nights. The college also arranges the opportunity to visit popular Melbourne attractions and events, including the Australian Open, Healesville Sanctuary, Yarra Valley Chocolaterie and Ice Creamery, Dandenong Ranges and Sovereign Hill.
Its Student Engagement team arranges a number of on-campus and off-campus events and day trips, and provides general advice and support to students. Monash College's clubs and societies are organised by students, for students. Academic, cultural and spiritual, and special-interest clubs are some of the options available to students.
