Monash Professional Pathways is a division of Monash College, a private company owned by Monash University. With a team of more than 50 staff, it provides a suite of recruitment, placement and training services to help employers find the right talent and help graduates start their careers.

The institute offers a full-service graduate recruitment agency. It source interns for employers and manage their internships and provides work-readiness training. Monash Professional Pathways also provides customized professional development programs.
